Blair Scorgie, M.Arch., B.U.R.Pl., MCIP, RPP

Blair Scorgie is the Business Development Director, as well as a Senior Planner and Urban Designer, with SvN Architects + Planners Inc. He is also a Contract Lecturer at Ryerson University's School of Urban and Regional Planning. Much of his work is centered on issues associated with neighbourhood character, infill development and intensification. Blair is a Registered Professional Planner, and a Member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners.

Sean Hertel, M.E.S., MCIP, RPP

Sean Hertel is the Principal of Sean Hertel Urban Planning Consultant. He is also a Contract Lecturer at Ryerson University's School of Urban and Regional Planning, and the University of Waterloo's School of Planning.
